Progress Post T-9 days!

So I joined the community when I first got engaged last June. Well our August 16th wedding is fast approching and I can not believe how fast time flew by!

Our Venue...it was the last one that we went to visit after 3 days of searching and thinking that we were not going to find anything.

We decided on a monogram asile runner which i am totally excited about!

Over a year of being engaged

As of last week Henry and i have been engaged for a year! Its been so great and the 2 years and 8 or so months of being together couldn't have been better! As you all no i post most of my entries on weddingplans community but i have had a few people hound me for not writing on my lj account!

As of today we are 57 days away from our wedding and Henry and i couldn't be happier! Our we are so excited to see our many family and friends and super excited about our honeymoon! After all this crazy wedding stuff our honeymoon is something that both of us are totally looking forward to!

Henry is the most amazing person in the world and im so lucky to be his wife!!! How crazy is that! I'm going to be someone's wife..lol I know what you're thinking Marlena! So time is ticking we only have 7 and a half weeks left! and i cant wait to walk down the aisle and see the most amazing man in the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wedding Colors

So since I havent been updating my own journal just my blog on myspace I've decided im going to just post all the stuff needed for my update in diffrent sections. Henry and I have gone back and forth and back and forth and back and forth over and over again on our wedding colors. We BOTH know that we want diffrent shade of pink because pink has been my fav. color for as long as I can remember. We finally decided on diffrent shades of pink and then platinum (silver) I think it will look nice because everything wont be soooooo matchy matchy because of the diffrent shades. Rasberry Petal Paradise Platinum. So thats what we decided on and I think it should be perfect for us!

Wedding Venue

The Hubby and I will be having our Wedding on August 16 2008!!! We have our date set and our reception/ceremony site. It will be held at the Lindley Scott House in Azusz California. It is absolutly beautiful. Im excited that we have most of our major things booked. We will have between 200-225 hopefully not going over 200. We have picked out our main meal but still need to pick the side dishes and other stuff...I'm sooooo excited!
